The Maxwell School has named two graduate students as the inaugural Otey and Barbara Scruggs Graduate Scholars: John R. Barruzza, a Ph.D. candidate in the history department; and Chelsea M. Thomas, a student in the master of public administration (M.P.A.) program. Read more at SU News.
