On Saturday, April 1, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Onondaga Community College, college students from the surrounding area will come together for the Tri-State Diversity Council’s Upstate New York College Diversity Summit. The summit, “Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders,” focuses on developing student leadership and enhancing cultural competencies.
